Starting off with money?

When you first create a character I want to set it to have a certain amount of money? How do I do this? I use Mangos btw.

Atleast in my WotLK mangos server config files, I got a line that is like this

#The amount of gold players will start with
StartPlayerGold = 7000

Check if you got it in the "normal" mangos

There is no config option for starting money in official mangos

But I've made a patch with custom configs and an option for that is also added in it.

How are you going to stop someone from just repeatedly creating a new character and transferring the gold over and over? They'd have an in-exhaustable resource of free gold.

I don't think thats a problem on funservers/instant 70 servers since you start with money to be able to buy full equip... money isn't that big thing. But yeah, on blizzlike servers it can be exploitable.
