It's a program called Item Assember, can be found in the program section. Download that and write in the ID of the ID of the item you want, and it creates a SQL file for you. It's a awsome program

The thing is that they don't exist yet in that form, I solved the problem temporarely by just copying a random enchant and using the spell ID for the enchant I wanted in, but now the problem is that they all have some random shoulders for display ID's. Not a big problem but quite annoying anyway :P

I will do a new vendor. With the new encahnts to like executioner and many more.

Create the items yourself (take already one existing one and modifiy it) and then add them to the vendor.
