Problem trying to start my server

I tried to get my server public and whenever I try and run everything the ascent-world says Attemping to connect to logonserver and then it says Connecting to logonserver on '68.219.80.41:8129". Connection Failed will try again in 10 seconds. I have my firewalls desabled and my hosts file correct. Here are my config files.

Edit the part in red to 127.0.0.1 as I suppose the logon database are on the same cpu as the world

Now I get stuck at Logging in to server for like 1 min then it sends be back to realmlist.
