Enchanting-Mongoose Item

Hi all, well i just wanted to know is there any way to make a Item (Consumable) and when they click it they can enchant there item i have tried this on my server and it was a big EPIC FAIL i have the Sql if you want to see it and what we did wrong. any ideas?
