You no what someone should post a guide up on how to get a wamp server runing port 8080 up so i can do it. or if i can mine to work ill make a guide and everone can get passed port 80 if its blocked.

Because you quad-posted.
As I said before, your router sits on port 8080 so you can't use it. 80 is blocked by Verizon.
Either find a new unused port or change your ISP :P
