Respawn Rates

I was wondering if the respawn in creature_proto was 1 = 1 second? I have a outdoor boss on my 19 twink server that I want to respawn every four hours.
In my database I have 14400 as my respawn (60 seconds in a minute x 60 minutes in an hour = 3600 seconds. 3600 seconds x 4 = 14400 seconds). But it still seems to respawn in random times rather then every four hours after kill.

So in a nut shell is 14400 the correct value for a 4 hour respawn?

If you wanta 4 hour respawn you should set the value to

60*60*4*1000 = 14400000

The respawn time is in miliseconds, 1 sec = 1000 ms
