What faction. . .

Ok i need 2 factions here.
One which will talk to horde but not to alliance. but wont atatck either.
And
One which will talk to alliance but not to horde. But doesnt attack either.

Anyone know if the is such a faction? If so any diea on its ID's

I think horde is faction 2 and alliance is faction 1

One the first one i posted by mistake in wrong forum which i hade edited to show this. And try reading my post. if i set the horde guys to faction 2 he will attack alliance players. I need ones that wont atatck other factions
