Look at the tables "creature_quest_starter" and "creature_quest_finisher" in your database.

There should be some creature/quest related tables, i just dont know them off the top of my head :O

TheNacho, you should download a tool called Quice. It's really useful for editing NPC's, quests, items and everything. I can't post a link because my post count is too low but go to google and search for "Quice" and you will find it.
