what mobs have a chance to drop this on ascent? is it possible to get an itemlist from ascent with the names of mobs thath ave a chance to drop it?

Well what you can do is go into navicat, find the table items. Then find the item named Spellsurge, and find it's id. Then go into creature_loot table and find the id of spellsurge, and it will tell you what creature it drops from. If that was confusing just ask for help
