Sold account on ebay a year ago, can I safely claim back?

Hello. Sold an account for $300 about a year ago now. Sold it via ebay and the guy paid through paypal and everything went smoothly, he left positive feedback saying he recieved it etc.

Now I was the original creator of the account and have the keys etc. and ID to match it all up, if I claimed the account back would there be any chance he can get his cash back?
