Need help executing my old database after a format.. menu

    Need help executing my old database after a format..

    Formatted about 3 hours ago to removed all of my trojans, and i dumped ascent.sql, logon.sql, forum.sql, and i just found out, after the format that i shouldnt have dumped them.. i should have backed them up, now im stuck with no database and i have a lot of stuff and over 15k accounts in my logon table, below are the errors i get;

    Code:
    Error occured at:2008-04-22 21:13:01

    Error Code: 2006 - MySQL server has gone away
    and this;

    Error Code: 1153 - Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet' bytes
    Please help me

    Did you try right clicking on the database and then selecting Restore from MySQL dump?

    yes thats what i done.. im using sqlyog.

    Hmm try splitting the sql dump file in half (by copying and pasting) and execute each half seperately.

    i can do that on logon.sql and the rest but when i try to open ascent.sql... notepad crashes completely cuz its like 78mb.

    So did it work for logonserver?

    Yeah that's a problem. What you have to do is open notepad and then sit there and do nothing with your computer and wait for it to load. I had a similar problem and what i did was just sit there and let it load and not do anything on your comp and close down anything that will take up any comp space.

    oooh :P thought it just not responds and stays there forever.
    btw, any idea how to split logon.sql? what do i put before every split for it to execute right? thnx for helping btw

    No problem.

    Ok to execute selected queries:

    1. Select the Queries you Want to Execute

    2. Ctrl+F9 which will only execute the selected queries.
