Website problem

I opened all ports, wamp is up and running followed the guide for the ascent cms, 2.0.. I can connect perfectly but no one else can...

To do that working you have to open some ports :

Have you opened all of the ports? Do you have a dynamic ip?

I just stated all ports are opened. No i do not have a dynamic ip..
