[Release] Wcell 2.4.1 Stable

Sorry I found and tested it, its 2.3.3 right now, in timeline said was 2.4.0 ready for clients, but its not the case yet, right now WCell is still being devoloped.

I one gave info to Kyizzle without fully testing it out myself. It does work, but has chance of crashing, and alot of hang ups with connecting, and its 2.3.3 right now, soon will be 2.4.0

But overall their devolopment of WCell is going nicely, and Codeing and stuff is differn't from Ascent.

WCell is NOT 2.4.1 compatible yet. We havent spent alot of energy making it so, because it is not playable yet. It is nothing like ascent. Everyone who is capable of reading code, will know why you are going to need wcell in the future.
