Voting Rewarscript without popup

Hi there

I am looking for a regular voting-reward-script for more than 2 weeks ;X
It should do the following things:

You can enter your charname and a reward.
As soon as you vote, the item should be sendt automaticly via ingamemail, thats all.

Does any1 have something like this?

It's not possible for me to include your script, because my WoWServer & my Website aren't running on same server.

So i get an "Access denied for user @blabla"
I cant create a User, which can access from ip and not from localhost

host a small site on you server for voting that you can link a subdamain to

for instance:

domain.com is your hosting service;
then vote.domain.com is hosted on your server so when you link people to that it goes to your server

Then you can't. No script would work if you can't access the db from the site.
