Mangos server not working

Ok well as some of you know i made a thread before about how to get custom items on and it worked now i need more help......
here is wat has happened.

i downloaded mangos reaperx or wateva its called
so i walked off and let it do its own thing. but i walked back into the room and my computer crashed half way through the installation and i cannot connect to my original private server i start mangosd.exe and it looks like this


please help as soon as possible because i like playing on my server

the second window says you have a missing table in your database... table called: Character_instance

first window says your sql format of the item_template table does not match the core one.. so you need to update the core/db...

can you show me how to do that? or do i use that thombons thing someone said before in the other thread?

the missing table you can probably get on the same place you got the DB... and for the core update/db update... just make sure you are running latest core and DBs and you will be fine...
