- 2_4_ptr branch has been removed. All 2.4 material will remain on Burlex's private SVN until he deems the time is right for a merge to trunk.

Guys, if you have time to do it, you CAN actually manually add the maps for the 2.4 regions if you have the DBCs, maps for 2.4, BUT you will not have any of the npcs quests etc. This does tae alot of work though, so not one of those "change this in conf" things.

I wouldn't recommend it anyways. Burlex has a good reason to keep this private - he doesn't want to release a version which crashes when you annoy it :P

WoWscape already has the core update to 2.4.. afterall burlex supports them so they get it first basicly..

Not sure if the core is running on their server, but burlex does have the core updated to 2.4.. privately..

oh well, they get it first but it wont be stable, its been out a day?!?! with all the new releases i doubt that there server will have alot of uptime between crashes, and maybe a few errors.

its better waiting for a good release rarther then a quick one which lasts 30 min then crashes?

Btw how long will it take untill the corse is up and u can add it to you'r servern an play ? btw i can't play and i have done all thing and my CONF files it's right.. i played Yesterday but can today beacus of the stupid Patch.

Burlex wont release ascent for 2.4 so guys use mangos :P
