Anyone to edit this for the return home stone ?

Ok that stone that returns you to your set home city that you start with .. i had these questions about.

1) ANSWERED Can you change the cooldown time to w/e say 10 min rather then 1 hour ANSWERED

2) Can you set it so if someone drops it ... and if they relog back in they auto get it back in their inventory.

3) How do i change the remaining cooldown time to start at 10 min after used not 60 min ??

1. Yes, using the DB. Items table. Get ADE, you'll see what to do.
2. Yes, using C++.

well w.o having to go browse around for programs.



Go into your Items table in the world data base, look for your hearth stone,
(id 694 and go all the way over to Spellid_1 and you should see 8690.

In this order, are the values.

8690, 0, 0, 10, 0, -1,

Make the entries this,

8690, 0, 0, 600000, -1, 0,

600000 is 10 minsutes.


As for making it reappear when the item is 'dropped' speak to an innkeeper and you can get a new one. Or add one to a vendor

(target vendor)

What do you mean by remaining cooldown time?


Like, you want it to be 1hr on the first use, then 10 mins on the next uses?

If you input those values in properly, the item should have a 10 min cool down (but the stone might 'say' 1 hour cooldown.



Oh, and you can make an item so that players CANNOT drop it. They cant vendor, and they cant delete it. Try this,

In the Flags entry field, put in 32 this makes it so the item cannot be destroyed.
