    Creatures are not moving and map ain't exploring...

    Emu: Ascent TRUNK 3677
    DB: NCDB 1176

    1. World creatures aren't moving. They just stand at one place. If you'll attack them the will run to you. What can be the problem?

    2. Map isn't exploring. Everything (maps, vmaps) are uploaded from 2.3.3 WoW. Any ideas here?

    3. I have problem with newer revisions. When i extract 4000+ compiled Ascent emu (downloading from here) and i'm trying to run it, it says that some problem is a cured, reinstalling this application may fix that problem...

    1) update the core and use the sql updates

    2) get ad.exe place in wow folder, make a folder in there called maps then execute ad.exe, wait, then when done move the folder maps to your ascent folder

    3)get the latest .net framework

    Thank you a lot.

    Now i have 4263 revision running with latest NCDB, but one more problem still exists. Creatures are not moving I installed clean NCDB, after that i queried .sql files from 4263 revisions sql folder like you said.

    May be there can be other problems?

    What do you mean not moving? Are you sure ALL creatures arn't moving or just the ones you are around?

    As far as i can say, i checked starting zone of Dwarfs and Gnomes and wolf and other creatures that can be killed are no moving. Guards are moving fine. Also checked Sentinel Hill in Westfall, same there. Creatures (boar as exmpl.) are not walking around but just stupidly is standing.

    Try using a different version of NCDB?

    Its not the DB that needs updating.. its most likely the Core.

    This is actually strange bug. In human starting zone everything is O.K., creatures are moving, walking around fine. But in dwarfs and gnomes starting zone they aren't moving. Same in 1/2 of Night Elf starting zone. Then i went to Area52, the same is there. NPC's are like freezed.

    Seems to me like they're missing waypoints. If you want them to move, target them, walk to where you want them to move and write .waypoint add (The right command?) and it should work.

    I'm not sure tbh. If they don't move and you want them to, the only way I know how you could fix that is by adding waypoints.
