    Compiling on a mac

    Ive been trying to compile Ascent on a mac? I've been trying to compile but every single time it says "Could not find the mysql client library" even though I've installed Mysql.

    I read somewhere that I need to install the mysql15-dev package with Fink but I can't figure out how to do it... I have fink installed and working but I can't seem to find out where to get/install the mysql15-dev package.....


    Can somebody make a full guide for compiling ascent on a mac?
