logged in but realm offline

Okay So I am able to log in, and I am able to connect to my realm. But I have a friend whom got hamchi and i guess connected that way, problem is he can log in, but it tells him the realm is offline. What should I do? I have opened all the ports needed, Ive restarted computer etc etc, Im fresh out of ideas.

You need to edit the 'ascent-realms.conf' and change the color of the realm to 1 or 2!
Otherwise you need to fix something...

I don't know that the color matters.
Post your configs.. please remove all passwords.

I know, it is strange, but it is how blizz does it aswell, exept for it's done by bots and not people... or is it?
