[Issue] Server problem

Ok, Everyone that gets on say they like my server.
I have a problem though.
Only one logged on atm is me.
Max ever had was 10.
I have a Godly looking Server advertisement with tons of views.
88 accounts made..
The only way to get more people on would be if people used BG's
Problem is, Theres no one to use them. +Alliance = 1-2 at maximum.
What can I do?

I can't, Items don't wanna add in.
Npcs stopped working right when I add them.
My skill = low :/

You need something to seperate you from the other servers, something that'll give you an edge. If you fail to deliver that, players wouldn't be interested in joining, especially when the current player base is so low.

My server has a custom level cap with custom instances and were working on making custom spells my servers been out for 2-3 days and we have over 300 accounts just make your website looklike you know what ur doing make sure u can connect through wtihout hamachi and u have an account page and get some custom stuff liek vents and items and people will come man XD GL

You need to make your server stand out. Players are hooked in the first few minutes.
Players get tired of the same old material, that is why most of them left blizzard.

If you are lacking skill in items and custom npcs, I suggest picking up the ball on that one and start looking into how to do all that. Players are attracted by awesome content, items, new exciting areas (redone areas) or abilities. Offer your players some benefits.

Viv, I'd like to help you with your server. Send me a message or something.
I may be a lowbie on these forums, but i know much of the basic sql work for items and npcs.
