Small issue reading chat :S

Hi,

So I managed to read and process the chat, but I'm stuck on something.

When I for example use the follow symbols:
ö Ö é è ü ì

It returns (i added some spaces):

ö Ö é è ü ì

Is there anyway to show the original symbols?

I'm using the Delphi 7 (Pascal) programming language.

you are using ascii encoding, right? Try utf8

It's an encoding problem most likely, your encoding needs to be UTF8 to be able to handle these characters. I have no idea how to set encoding in your application, but I'm sure you'll figure it out =)

Found the solution for Delphi... Simply set the String as a WideString. Then use function UTF8Decode on the widestring...
