Happy new year
I found this address that can tell if the client is normally disconnected.
Sometimes the network doesn't work properly and the client gets disconnectd. If so you have to reinput an "Enter" and relogin.

the values I have collected are as below
0x00--normally disconnected(you don't have to reinput an "Enter")
0x07--wrong password
0x10--account run out of money
0x15--abnormally disconnectd

Theres tonnes of them. They don't all mean an error too, they can imply a patch is required to continue, or to start a patch download.

Theres a huge switch case in 1 routine in the client that handles all of this (theres 2 switches, one for battlenet and one for old auth protocol, they decided to leave it in wow).
