[Question] NPC Base & Moving your Character

Hello,

I just started memory editing basically just messing around trying to figure things out. I just recently figured out how to get the player base and find Descriptors. Now my question is, how do you get NPC information like their name, level, location, etc? Do you need a NPC base sort of like the playerbase? Also, whats the easiest way to send CTM to wow?
