I've been very, very nice the last couple of weeks as far as moderating this section is concerned. I've let a lot of things slip, and bent the rules a bit to hopefully help a few people out. However; that time is over. I'm sick and tired of seeing thread after thread of you guys posting stupid ass questions because you lack the ability to use the search function.

It's fixed. It's there for a reason. The rules in this section state pretty clearly

# Search before posting. (This includes searching Google)
# If you post before searching, your thread will be closed/deleted, and you will receive infractions.

99% of the questions being asked lately are either completely retarded; or have been asked and answered many times before.

If I see even a single thread about how to utilize any of the following; the user will receive a 2 week ban.

1. Object Manager
2. Lua_DoString (FrameScript__Execute)
3. Local player static offset
4. Retrieving Lua return values
5. Hooking EndScene
6. <insert unit>'s health/mana/name/etc
7. Anything documented in the info dump thread, or first 10 pages in this section (roughly covers the current patch)
8. Pretty much anything else I deem bannable. (Yes, call me a ****ing communist if you want)

If it's been asked, answered, or discussed, there is no reason for you to be making another thread; or asking the same ****ing question. It takes all of 5 seconds to search for what you're looking for.

The only exception to the rule here; is with things not already discussed; or things that have changed.

WoW has not changed very much for quite a while. There is absolutely no reason why any of you should still be stuck at figuring out how to work the object manager. There are HUNDREDS OF POSTS ABOUT IT.

Don't waste my time. I don't have the time, nor energy to mass delete threads and posts anymore. If I have to, I'll just add in the extra 5 minutes to ban your ass for 2 weeks. I don't care who you are, this goes for everybody.

We have requirements in this forum for you to be posting. One of which; pretty much includes that you are able to DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH and understand what we're talking about (for the most part). We don't require you to have a PHD or anything of that sort. We require that you can at least understand basic principles, and that we don't need to explain very minor things to you. It's a waste of time, for everybody.

While I was a moderator; I had plenty of time. However; with my new responsibilities; I don't have nearly as much time as I did before (that's not even including my real life, which is getting more hectic due to christmas time coming around)

Seriously, i see what you're going at, but instead of whining like a little girl, why not try and improve this place? The info thread is all i see at that tries to organize things, and it's doing a poor job at best. If i want to find a tutorial, i have to do a search for it, and remember it. Why not start sorting things up? I've been thinking of making a tutorial to where you can point all the newbies, but the problem is, the newbies wont see them, as this place doesn't even have a place for it to go. Instead, it goes down, page after page, until it's forgotten in less than a ****ing month. So seriously, quit whining, and do something to improve this forum. It's not ALWAYS the noobs fault. If you're going to consider making this a better place, I'll be glad to start throwing out some get started tutorials that suits a script-kiddie like myself, and hopefully some of the more experienced users can contribute as well.

You obviously haven't read the rules in this section have you?

We have no reason to hold your hand (and yes, that includes having a thread of 'tutorials'). In fact; the rules plainly state, that if you ask to be spoonfed, you'll be punished for it.

Also; I'm not whining. Far from it. I'm simply tired of having to remove the same questions over and over because none of you can read the rules, or use the search function provided. It's there for a reason. If you can't even manage to work the search function, how do you expect us to believe you can do your own research to reverse WoW?

Lastly; you must not have been here for very long... before I was given this section to moderate; it was in a much further state of shit than it is now. (Ask Cypher, kynox, Robske, Shynd, etc, etc) It's only recently that its been this bad.

Also; next time you attempt to flame a member of staff, I won't hesitate to permanently site ban you.
