Okay, you loop through the objects in AutoIt and look for the bobber. When you found it, just use Interact on it in AutoIt. Done.

Bit 0 : Player is moving
Bit 8 : True->Walking False->Running (The setting you change with the / numeric pad button)
Bit 12 : Player is jumping
