How does wow running as non-admin user open/sig scan other runas admin processes

A bit surprise learning wow client allows us to run it with normal user. It is well known warden is sig scanning other processes.
But if I can run wow using ordinary (non-adim) user, and if I have another cheat process run-as admin, can wow still sig scans it?

Well known? What information do you think it is reading that should require admin access? I'm not aware of it reading anything from other processes that requires special permission.
