Target & kill totem?

Is there a bot like Spell Kicker that will auto target Spirit Link, Capacitor, Counterstrike Totem and then use an ability on them to destroy them?

That's something that can be easily implemented into any honorbuddy combat routine or as a combat routine designed to do this specifically and nothing else.
