Do botters report other botters?

Have you reported someone else for botting, while doing it yourself?

Is there a code of honor? Or is it an eye for an eye (the less competition the better)?

Yes botters report other botters. There is not a code of conduct as far as I know. Other botters will be taking your profits.

I don't report them but i will get on a trial account and whisper them that the bot is messing up and how i know.

I once had a guy whispering me about botting for like 20 minutes while I logged, and he treatened me and shit. Turned out to be some ultra stupid kid who was botting himself and wanted to pull out a prank on me. He actually said the entire thing in whisper to me, so I reported him and he haven't logged since as far as I know. I've been keeping him on my list, it has been 4 months.

I once was leveling my alt and there was someone who was botting a quest npc tagging him before I could tag him. I thought about reporting him, but I didn't. Mostly because I was afraid I would be investigated instead of him. So no, I dont report them.

I really dont understand the people who report other botters while they bot themselves, selfish hypocrits. People agreeing to reporting other botters on the Honorbuddy-forums got banned from there since HB dont agree with botters reporting other botters. They got served.

I don't like blizzard so I don't report anyone, I usually sell them an ingame mail asking if they sell ores/herbs cheap and then I just resell it on AH, free cash :3

I usually message them in-game mail and say "Dude, I Know you are botting... and I COULD report you... but I won't get your account flagged for review if you just kindly buy that snowball I put up in the AH for 20000g! We both know you make a lot more than that. Avoid the worry. Just do it!"

I have successfully bribed dozens of botters over the years. I even have a spreadsheet so I don't get same farmer twice lol

EDIT: I should prob add I only send threats from a 2nd account I have... never been banned though I suppose if a guy was smart enough he could counter report me and I might get a suspension. Hasn't happened yet

I mainly leave them alone unless they are ally then I kill them.

The only time I report them is when they are less than level 90 and they are fly hacking around while bot farming ore/herbs in panda land...
