Healing lowest raid member in PQR

Hey there,
just wanted to ask if it was possible to do something for my retribution paladin like

If SelflessHealerIsAvailable and SelflessHealerStacks == 3 and IsLeftControlKeyDown()
then cast Flash of Light on lowest raid member

The first line is not the problem but I don't know if the second one would be possible. Does anyone know?

Put every single member of your party on a Table, then sort it by HP.

This has been allrdy done by Nova's Team. (Download any profile from nova and you can use that function).
