Interesting - Speed Hack & Mind Control

I noticed something very interesting while messing around with NoAddiction hack on a Priest.

If you mind control someone while using a speed hack, you are able to make them run at your speed for the duration of the mind control. While this may seem useless on the surface, with a little investigating, this has some great potential for abuse.

A. You might be able to get someone banned by mind controlling them and making them run very fast.
B. It'll allow them to cover distances very quickly, making it easier to throw them off of cliffs and such.
C. You can confuse and scare other people.

I'm sure there are many other things you could do, but these are just a few off of the top of my head.

I wonder what other hacks will rub off on a player you mind control? This needs some testing, methinks.

I think that the packets that define the movement of the Mind controlled victim are still coming from your the Priests IP. So the automated ban stick will probably ban you not the victim. Dont know about reports other people make.

i would say it needs screenshots but that doesnt go to well with a speed hack...maybe a vid...

I think that NoAddiction hack is only client side (as it just speeds your process), I mean it just makes you run faster in your vision, but from others vision you look like lagging. You might see him falling of a cliff in your vision, but the MC'd dude will just see him running normal speed not too faraway.

If you log off somehow, your location will be saved and when you next time log in you will be there where you speedhacked to, but I'm not sure how fast that happens. I think that you can mess only with your process, not others processes.

yes u can move mind controlled charr faster when speedhack but what happens for duration of MC its almost over same time u cast it.

It is possible put the effect will cancel in like 2 seconds because the mc'd target gets out of range.

i thought (as i tested it on trial) that speed hacks make you awasome lags so it won't cancle after 2sec it has to work nice find

Mabye with a wallclimb you could get them ontop of a cliff so they can't get down..

Well this is pretty much an exploit. Its better than most "Exploits" nowadays...

Priests have been MC'ing people off the blimp onto GM island (when you could model edit the path). And people have always been dropping MC'd people to their death in BG's with MC and a Z teleport or jump hack. So yes, your client treats their character as "yours" while MC'd.
