Most of the things regarding this will be opinionated, and depending on what rating you're playing at you will definitely have different feedback - as differently skilled players can play vastly different from one another.
Firstly, I don't think it casts FoL enough at all. There is simply not enough time in an arena match to warrant hard casting Divine Light. I pretty much only use it when it procs, or when someone is at a relatively high HP, with no dmg incoming, so it provides the mastery shield, topping it off with an EF to keep the shield up. This is very handy for when a hard switch is coming.
Likewise, the logic for casting Holy Light needs to be changed, I saw it casting Holy light when a team member was at 81-85% HP I think, which is pretty much the way to loose a game. You may think I am wrong in saying this, as a Holy Light is enough to top someone off from 81%+, however the time it takes to cast, along with the consistant incoming damage from the enemy team will result in Holy Light being a pointless heal, as the damage they would have incurred whilst we are casting the Holy Light would have negated the incoming heal itself. One thing we can not afford in this expansion is to get behind on the healing. Its how games are lost. Holy Light should be used at 95%+ I would say, if it REALLY has to be coded. Elsewise I would use it manually for building shields when low damage.
Flash of Light as said above needs to be at a much higher % of HP to cast. I would say around 77% HP and under to cast FoL. Below 75% HP you are NEVER going to be wanting to cast Divine Light unless its a proc as you'll just be locked out easily, we need the throughput of FoL to cope with the incoming damage.
The only problems I can find myself with the profile is the Healing Logic itself, everything else works as it should do if people want it, for instance I removed the BOP on Blind/Intimidation as I like to manually use this. (I did use it 1 game to test and it works as intended). At higher levels, if a rogue/warrior team see's a Paladin BOP himself out of a fear/blind, they will sit on him going Ham for the next 55 seconds as he has no bubble. And they will **** you up without sick peels from team members.
