Mate, a few things from an expert/ long term glider,

1. Banwaves can occur randomly. We've seen 3 in history (AFAIK) since '05, it's now '09, so work the math out. It's about 1:1.5 years or so - other various random bans happen due to excessive player reports.

2. There's a massive court case at the moment, check back in 1 weeks and we'll know the results - don't purchase until you hear whats happening with the ruling. No I'm not detailing the case to you
