    I write to you through an interpreter please help create avtofake for PQRrotation. Or it is impossible to make such a script? I was told that this requires a delay of 10

    pretty much this. best thing ill suggest is read through imogens (incredibly long but comprehensive) documentation., and scan through other existing PE rotations for inspiration.
