Request: Change Troll male to sumthing else! Pls help

hey guys, quite new here and all the programs and wat not, however I have an ugly male troll, and id like to switch it to something alot more fun cosmetic wise If you guys could please layout a clean way of doing this, *Not just posting a website for the download* But please show me how, Id prefer a way into just putting in the data folder, I belive. But any easy way works Great!!! If you perfer to show me on msn then below is the link, but forum wise works too. Thanks so much.

Oh yea sorry.. well you extract the 2 patches and put them in your data folder which is inside your wow folder.

Would be nice if someone could make a troll male - Orc male aswell. And I dont have any working "ME" file. Would be very appreciated if someone could upload the newest version.
