5. botted 1-85 w/o problems (except HB´s profile hiccups), when i was running manually, i used PQR as i always did, then been HB questing in JF and bam, DC.

2a: Used to use PQR haven't used in over a month, but have left the PQI addon installed.
2b: Have been using ProbablyEngine w/ Probably Unlocker, never PvP with it though. Usually soloing/leveling.
2c: Have been using HonorBuddy mildly for leveling alts, sometimes AFK but never more than 3-4 hours every other day.

5: I just recently installed the Battle.Net client (when installing hearthstone) and thought it could have been related to that but I'm guessing not considering it looks like a banwave. I only have one account, my main, social, personal one. I used to use PQR a lot but recently switched to PE. I casually use HonorBuddy to level some alts, but never more than ~3hrs at a time, and only AFK about 50% of the time. When AFK, I use very strict anti-detection paranoia plugins.
