All they have to do is scan chat for people saying things like "cooldowns enabled" and "profile active" and flag them. That's not true, these words can be used in the discussion of many technical topics, but that no one really does - it is: 1) use of the system chat 2) pressing buttons with 2 ms frequency as PQR does for one cicle of profile.

In short. Chat "notifications" print locally to the frame, and do not trigger an event, this information is not sent to the server, only your local client can see it, this was almost certainly not how PQR was caught, if it was then all of HB would also be banned (as the same method is used there and has been for years).

It's also highly improbable that Blizz could ban anything based on MS, nothing will be reaching the server in 2ms, when was the last time you had a 2ms ping!?

2 or 10 or 50 (~48 my) it does not matter when it occurs continuously for hours, days, months, all the time when you are engaged in the fight, it is not human behavior.

It's still subjective, disagree if you like but Blizz cannot and will not take action based on any information that is subjective,variable and based on latency / skill. I know people who play on bad / distanced connections who have pings always above 250ms (above the reaction times of a high level gamer (between 100-200ms) that were banned. Thousands have (and are) also using honorbuddy / PE interrupts extensively which operate in the same way and no bans. Not to mention the fact that adopting this approach (when there are a hundred less CPU / log intensive options available) would be absurd. The only reason I can think for this argument is people are looking for a camp to "blame" and PVPers seem the easiest target. Also there are hundreds of users who were banned who just used on target dummy for testing or didn't even use interrupt features. I was personally using a delay on all interrupts.

It's quite simple, PQR was detected, the code was reverse engineered and caught. To be quite honest with you any 1st year computer science student could have detected it if they wanted to. The reason it wasn't hidden was simply because there was no need to hide it, Blizzard targeted PQR because it was easy.

Hi i just re installed windows and started up my pqrupater.exe and all i get is 404 error's whats the go does anyone have the files backed up where i could grab them again?

Something like you type buff name, an it shows you all the available SpellID's in game matched to the name.

there was an addon spelllist or something on curse but i think its outdated.
