I extremely doubt they max your bnet out with trial accounts and banned them. that is beyond the most stupid thing i have heard

I can confirm they DO add trial accounts and ban them all.

The only other time ive seen it is when someone goes around duping their accounts. they just add trials to max it out, and ban them all so you cant take advantage of the duped account.

Pretty much, So you actually lose all your mountss and achis / titles yes.

Unlike most people who only lose their characters / items but get to keep all that on the same bnet :P

Ok so I thought id post a little info for you guys just to give you an idea of whats going with me. I used pqr and pqi on my main account. Got banned on the ban wave 1/22/14. Same day 5 mins after ban I made a new WoW account on same b.net so i could still have my achieves and mounts. I've been playing on this account around an average of 14 hours a day, every day since ban. I am still using pqr but the difference this time is im not using pqi addon for it. So far i have not been banned again and i dont use wow without pqr so keep in mind 14 hours a day every day since ban and no reban so far. Not saying ts 100% safe but so far so good on no ban atm. Next thing i want to bring up is that I use vitalics rogue profile not sure how other profiles are but when i use his even without pqi it says in chat box whether burst mode is enabled or not. So i thought of a solution that you could remove the code where it announces to chat box ingame and if people wanted to know whether you had burst mode on or not simply make two profiles. One for burst and one with out. so if you want to use burst mode simply load that profile into pqr and enable it. Then there is no worry of it reporting anything in chat.

Really not the best idea, i mean i had PQI, but it wasn't enabled since i wasn't running profiles that required it. Many people have been banned with standalone PQR. Now this is just my theory, but the reason why you are not banned again is because since pretty much into Vanilla, WoW had a system that would scan through message logs intermittelty on all accounts and pick up certain profanity words or whatever blizzard deemed blacklisted. I can recall a huge banwave (consited of mainly warnings) issued to tens of thousands of accounts within a particular day, including myself for swearing - so basically scans chat logs, picks up the keyword and counts how many occurances infracted on that particular account. In this case it seems it works with PQR, when you load a profile, it posts ******rotation enabled/disabled, this sets off a red-flag and is most likely counted on occurances against your account also. Comes up to a period where Blizzard deem less busy, usually before a major patch or expansion and check the boxes of all accounts in violation and mass-issue ban/suspension notices based on variables like number of times the profiles were activated and how long.

So chances are that you are probably safe until just before expac release, or after they fixed the major issues of WoD, or they could wait for another month and clean up the re-offenders who choose to merge accounts and continue.

Sadly your theory is wrong, ii NEVER had PQI installed and had both my accounts banned. its not the addon,

You guys take it for granted that it's only because of 1 thing. Some people might have been banned for PQR, some for PQI.

as another posted stated just because youre back to using PQR without getting banned can be misleading regardless of whether youve removed the addon PQI-BLIZZ HAS DEMONSTRATED THAT IT CAN DETECT PQR so continue use of it is foolish and will prob lead to a perm ban

As far as I understood, Blizzard is looking at a bot/programm/exploit for quite a while and collects information of people using it. After they think it's enough they just send out a huge banwave. So making a new account after that banwave and continue botting does nothing except putting you on the list for banwave #2 which comes sooner or later.
