Using the newest version but it often crashes right after i started it. also i noticed that it does not load with the ###. when i start it's instantly working or wow crashes.

When your wow crashes does the WoW close or do you get the crash message and wow closes after you close that? Because for me i get that message but just leave it be and so wow stays open.
