For the transfer of goods and gold I always used a guild bank. Made my own guild and left myself and all my alts in it, I could get what ever I needed when I wanted it.

Well jalad, all i can say is:
I botted for a long time on that account. A long time. And most of it was spent being active ~20 hours a day.
That account (and my main one, which i gave away after i quit) are both active without a single warning.
That is all i can tell you
For most of crowd, "bot hard before banned" is a good tactic, as they get gold for sale. For me, i preferred not to lose mine, but i was still perfectly fine.
But as people above said, there is never ever guarantee. You might get instabanned at level 1, or you might last until wow closes servers. Nobody knows.
As someone who is just considering botting, I found this guide very useful. Thanks![]()
nice work +5 from me
All i can say is, the only reason i stayed in the game as long as i did was botting. The fact that i did not have to waste a lot of my time on things such as farming or AH playing meant i actually could use it to enjoy the game a bit more, or take breaks from it, without hurting my cash purse.
All in all, botting was worth it for me not only money-wise, but enjoying game-wise as well.
So best of luck to you too!
Excellent post. It has helped answer some questions. Can I ask something though please. Can you please explain how the HB session/keys work? How do I buy a lifetime key? I see 3 options on HB page and I'm not sure which one is. Also if I have miner A and use that to bot and then switch over to herber B can I use the same key/session? Or is it one key per toon? I'm not talking about running them at the same time.
im not 100% sure in regards to how it is now, but im pretty sure you can browse the forums quickly and find out, since HB staff has always been very fast and helpful in responses.
back when i botted, my bot allowed me 3 sessions - meaning i could have 3 "bots" running at same time. It didnt matter if i ran them all on 1 pc, or on 3 separate ones, but only 3 characters could be botted at the same time - so essentially 1 session is 1 character at same time.
You can bot 18231 characters with a single session, just not at same time, if that makes sense.
TL;DR - 1 session = 1 character logged in. Log out = session free. Log back in = session taken again.
hi im into diablo, iwas wonderring, how much could i expect to do if i bot 1 account 24/7 per day in wow? approx
is it harder than diablo?
How much gold you mean?
That depends heavily on what you bot, how you sell, which realm etc. Its very hard to predict exact amount as it will be different for everyone.
I do not know if its harder or easier than d3 botting, since i dont do d3. But its as easy as "press start" and "go afk while its botting".
thanks for this thread, as a newbie to botting it really helped pack away allot of my concerns.
before i read this i was completely unsure if i should be botting at all, and where i agree with you that i should have a second account i cannot afford it and am forced to use my main account.
but the bot plays much like i do anyway and i have been playing wow for years. that may sound bad but the bot i use is much better than what i tried out a few years ago.
Hey man, great guide +rep
Not sure if this thread is still alive but if it is, i wish to start botting and I have 1 question, If i bot with a second account, but use the same internet connection do i run any risk of having my main account banned?
thanks
Got a technical question:
If you start 2 instances of wow64.exe at once from the same PC, one is your main account and one for botting, then the HB injection goes only into the botted instance of wow or your main account is also a subject to getting caught?
Since I didn't find a proper thread and I think this one is the best one (good headline) I will post my questions here.
First one is: Can I run safely two instances of WoW at the same time on one PC? - I have a way to bind both instances to two different VPNs, so they won't have the same IP. Also I'd run them in a sandbox.
Second one: Is there a way to run WoW properly on a VM? - There are problems to pipe the GPU directly to the VM so I don't get enough FPS to make bots work the way I want.
Third and last: If I shouldn't run two instances of WoW at the same time on one machine (which one will be from time to time my main account) what other options are left to run multiple accounts at the same time?
Thanks for help.
Greetings,
