Yes Hardware cursor is off, and i have tried window full screen and just window, it just keep going over the bubbler, and then recast, sometimes it just jump out to the left of my screen, but i think its when hardware curser is on i think i have tried all things, just seems like it cant tregonice my bubbler.

hmmm, make sure WoW's resolution is the same as your desktops resolution.
