Was thinking it might be, though I don't know much about how AHK supports cross system coding, it should work fine, as its all the same language with no changes between OS's...I'm running Windows 7 64 bit.
I really have no idea why it wouldn't work, I'm thinking its a weird issue with your side..as it works fine here, and fine on some others who have tested/used it.

change wow to windowed mode
Beep, Beep, Beep, Beep when near a node

Don't know why it wouldn't work in full screen, a previous post said it did, but whatever works, I guess.
