Nope, dont need any other programs.
Open wow, open the MCer, and click the check box until you see the Mountain Climber Enabled text turn red when you click it.

You dont click any boxes.... its a two keys you press together to start or stop the program. Alt '&' - and Alt '&' +

dude to check the box wow has to be open and you logged in.

ive been using the non test version and it works for me....dont know what this is about...
