I get an error when I use this program. I just open it, insert the values and press start. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

This bot isnt safe to use yet.

For it to be safe you GOTTA add detection if the bot moves to a diff location, and if the bot presse 5-10 times without any fish being caught it will stop and log out.

Also add WHISPER SCREENSHOTS if a GM whispers you how the **** will you know they did ?

The reason im telling you all of this is cuz i got teleported by a GM out of WG the other night..

yeah, I am adding the teleport detection to it right now. will add the screens last and the no-fish-caught routine is on the drawing board. I had all that in my autoit version of CyberFish just slowly converting them to c# and stuff.

    Does not work for me

The thing goes through the *motions* in that it casts for me, and counts catches (that are NOT actual catches) ... it does NOT move the mouse pointer over the bobber to loot the catch. It ONLY works if I manually mover the mouse over the bobber at EVERY cast and let it rest there - this is only saving me the cast and loot option - hardly a *bot* if I have to do stuff manually.

Is there some setting I need to turn on to make it actually move to the bobber automatically?

it doesnt use the mouse to click the bobber. make sure you have the auto-loot feature turned on in your wow client. It does everything via memory reads/writes.

ahh .. ok, now i understand BUT - I've left this to do its thing for quite a while and I never see a skill-up in my fishing even if the bot reports catching 50 fish. Is this normal? Am I supposed to see any skill-ups or do they happen behind the scene as well?

Also NO fish ever end up in my bags - i have auto loot on and all other settings as described but no fish and no skill-ups.

No, nothing. Only if i make sure the mouse is sitting over the bobber will i actually loot anything AND get skillups

edit- I should also mention that v1.6 does not work at all - nada! So I went back to 1.5. I'm wondering if I need to set the *hardware cursor* option to OFF - I've seen reference to this with other bots. I'll try that and see if it changes anything.
