An officer in our guild had his account stolen from this 2 days ago. He said his brother and him got the bot from a friend who purchased it (claims it was paid for, not cracked), and they've used it for over 3 months. This weekend he found his account had an authenticator added to it, guild bank robbed, and now several of his toons have been transferred to different realms.

You have NO proof that he got hacked because of Pirox.
Tell him to contact Blizz, get his account back, and maybe buy himself an authenticator.

PS: if you check the WoW forums - you'll see there's a lot of people who have had this happen, and the number 1 culprit seems to be using a "fake" armory site, go google WoWarmory, you'll see what I mean.

Read what I posted very carefully. I didn't say I had proof of anything. All I stated was exactly what happened, and this is the ONLY illicit thing he has used at all. He has petitioned Blizz already, they are working it out, and he has an authenticator ordered.

Sadly, there is no way ANYONE could ever PROVE it was Pirox, but if you've got code in pvptool that does it, and they have only used pvptool, well, that's a lot of coincidence.

The quote I provided (from your first post) basically said "Our officer got hacked because of Pirox"

While it is true that there is no truth to prove here nor there, keyloggers and other ways of getting hacked are PLENTIFUL. I don't want to sound like I'm being a little Pirox fanboi, but I've been using his bot for over a year now, and I've always had my relog info in the bot.

Why would he hack only a select few instead of mass hacking everyone and making do with that?
I have faith in Pirox, and while this is a douche move for him, I still feel safe using the bot he has provided me with and continuously provided support for.

yea i wish, this company broke their own ToS by removing my key when i requested a refund because the product was shit. I ended up just giving up but they still stole $40 from me.

i opened a thread on piroxbots where i demanded a statement from pirox on the main community page ( piroxbots.com ) where he should tell the truth about it to clarify what happened because i think concealing this can't be the right way. And guess what they have done... THEY DELETED THE THREAD
this is censorship which is forbidden. First i trusted him and said this is was a mistake and we should forgive him but now....

Censorship is not forbidden on a private forum, so they had more than enough right to remove your thread/posts.

In my opinion the "anti-theft" claim is complete bullshit. Why the hell would they need to pull down passwords seeing as they could just do their check based off some other system. Clearly there is intent for someone to get on these accounts, if that is just their 'punishment' for pirates or a big payout when they wanted to end development who knows. I would recommend not using the bot, you probably got your investment back by now anyway. Get out before this guy decides its more profitable to sell all your info to Joe China.
