    This looks really promising, I'm in search of a solution to farm mines/herbs --- would this be able to do so? I've read up on gatherbuddy and so far...that thread hasn't really drawn me into it -- mainly due to self assurances (know what I mean?)

    Gatherbuddy is more for gathering, hence the name. Honorbuddy's main focus is levelling and, well, battlegrounds. It provides *SOME* gathering whilst levelling, but, can't use flying mounts, doesn't always pick up herbs, concentrates more on combat.

    Gatherbuddy would be your best bet, and at 80, can rake in the gold at thousands per day under the right circumstances.

    personal summary review of HB

    I have been using the bot for 3 days straight now. I just applied the meshes and the profiles on the forums here, since they should be more reliable than my botting knowledge. I used it for pure leveling from level 1 and I have to say it has been a menace. The best thing about the bot is the trial. I tried it out before I bought it and the first 4 levels went really well. Even though it made some very strange movements up and down, making it obviously look mechanical, and some times it had trouble with targeting. Any way, after those 4 levels I thought why not just buy it and save time later on, which I did.

    However the same profile&mesh from the forums (which tons of people have been using apparently?) did very very poor in the later levels. It got stuck, it got attacked by mobs and the bot didn't seem to notice it and just acted like the character wasn't in combat, some times the bot froze and gave errors, which I reported with the 'send' button. The e-train plugin is terrible, once the bot realizes that the character needs to train it starts running and then just stop in the middle of the road, even if there are no obstacles! And 40% of the time, he does get to the trainer , but then doesn't actually train the spells (???).

    BUT I didn't give up that easily. I tried out all the possible profile&meshes on the forums for the corresponding levels. They are on the first page of the profile section. And the same problems arose.

    The best I got out of the bot ( accident or not ) after being level 4, is botting one whole level on it's own, before it gotten the message similar to 'is the character on? i am not moving'. Usually I need to baby sit and check every 20 min if everything is running fine. And move the character my self, restart the bot, then get some message that ' too many sessions' launched, and other random errors which I'm getting bit tired of to be honest.

    To sum up, the bot is a lot of hassle. And maybe I am an exception and everybody else just clicks the start button and then goes afk for a couple weeks to play with their level 80, but I am unable to this. I was expecting from this bot to be self sufficient, and it didn't realize this in my opinion.

    @vipe1987
    Sorry for your problems, there is a refund available if you PM bossland on the forums.
    For me on the other hand its working out great, bougth the bot roughly 10 days ago and started botting, currently level 67 about to hit 68. If you do decide to give the bot another chance, look through the setup guides at the buddyforums and search for simular issues, if it still is ****ing up post a thread with your log attached and wait for responses. About the too many sessions thing, close the bot wait about 20 to 30 seconds and start it again, should fix your issue. To anyone who is considering buying this, DO IT you wont regret it at all! Thats according to me atleast since thats the way i feel about it. Best public bot ever! (atleast since openbot imo)

    edit: And the price is really cheap, i have only payed 15 euros this far.

    If you want a bot that lets you click 1 botton, go afk and come back in 2 weeks to a new level 80 toon, you will be disappointed. We are good but not that good.

    The rest of your problems are down to using plugins without reading the instructions.

    H4wker, i know this probably isnt the best place to inform you but it seems the function to map new meshes broke somehow, i posted on the HB forum but havent gotten a whole lot of replies. figured you might see it here, so yea.

    Meshing Problem

    other than this i highly endorse both Gather Buddy and Honor buddy for anyone looking to get started in botting. Honor Buddy has a somewhat frustrating learned curve for newbs but once you figure it out, the ease of use is glorious.

    hawker I strongly disagree. I have spent over 6 hours in total JUST testing out things, reading the forums, i did post logs and reported errors about certain profiles which remained unanswered. Without the plugins the problems with the profiles don't go away. This is my 5th day now, and the bot still freezes all the time for no reason. I been restarting this thing for more than 15 times like an idiot right now. And finally it seems not to shut it self down. My pc is clean and fully updated, so that's not the issue.
    Im sure that the farming profiles must be much better at 80 like skinning, however for leveling you need to adjust every single zone, even if you use a popular premade profile. And that's just a bit too much. If I wanted to spend one hour every 2-3 levels, I would rather do it manually. However since a lot of people buy the bots for the mass. They probably are prepared to spend hours because it will save them much more time since they are botting several accounts at the same time.
