I think today's patch was mostly to change the login interface, since from tomorrow everyone will need a battle.net account to log in the game.

Anyway, Cypher, it didn't work for me.
Got an error like:
"Can't find the procedure entry point RemoveVectoredExceptionHandler on library KERNEL32.dll"

I think it might be the old "Windows 2000" OS instaled on this computer at my work.
Gonna try it later on my home.

Well the pid changes from time to time but the Launcher doesnt start my wow. using w7

So I recently upgraded to Windows 7, I couldn't get the Window/Launcher/Pid scripts to work, I had to manually open an administrative console and use the Loader directly in order to get this to work.. Probably just something stupid with the way Windows 7 handles privileges and batch scripts.

Ehm i got a solution, right click the Loader and go to properties > compability > and click the Run this program as admin > Accept. Run the Launcher with admin rights and it works.

wait...so would this addon be able to, say bring the automatic auctioneer bottomfeeder addon on back? and if so, how would i go about doing that? would i just run this program and then run the "out dated" version of Auctioneer addon and the protected functions wouldn't work anymore?

Yeah, I haven't enabled the RequireAdministrator flag in the manifest. Originally I had a good reason for that, however because of new and changed functionality, that reason is no longer valid. I'll update the manifest in the next build so it should do the UAC prompting automatically.
