a bot that "requires" an internet connection to "check for updates and gather stats" and best of all you can´t even disable the outgoing connection ? well, if you ever get rid of this ""feature" i would use it but i don´t like unnecessary backround internet connections.

I have my reasons for it.
But if you don't like it, don't use it, i'm not forcing you to

I think i can safely say this makes Iwana the #1 fishbot
This is great! I'm curious, how is this possible?

I got hacked last week , blizz returned all my items , they say that i have key loger or other virus on my comp but i have only your fishbot.
I dont tust u any more and im going stop using your program, i think that is not 100% safe for me never had virus on my comp , using nod32 legal versio 4.****
But for tree week using your fishbot i get about 10k gold, fishing by night.

hopu u modify it to be a safe program like piro.x.bot

I absolutely 100% promise you that my program does not contain ANY malicous code, but i fully understand that you don't trust me any longer.

I don't have to modify the program to be safe, it already is. Think of it this way - if it really had a keylogger, why would you be the only one of over 3.000 people using it? (Iwana, the #1 WoW Fishbot)

Currently, the bot searches for pixels directly on the screen, and then clicks on the (hopefully) correct coords.
By taking a screenshot into memory, and searching for pixels on that, it can find the correct positions in the background, it should also be possible to send mouseclicks in the backgrounds, while still simulating a real mouse.
The problem is, using this method, the bot will have to take a screenshot over 5 times per second. That's not a problem in itself, but i'll have to come up with a different way to search for thousands of pixels per screenshot without slowing everything down, as the native Pixelsearch() does not work for images in memory.
    I'll keep you updated =)

I don't mean to be a thorn in your side, but I do have another suggestion for Iwana 3. You should give the user the option to decide how often they would like to use a lure. For example, I

personally use the fishing hat which has a ten minute cooldown and contains a ten minute lure, In Iwana 3 I should be able to change the timer from 9 minutes to ten minutes. Another example

for using this was if someone had an abundant ammount of Glow worms. These last for a hour and I wouldn't want to be replacing one every nine minutes.

Again, sorry to be a thorn in your side, I personally just want to help this bot out( as it's helped me).

P.S. thanks for the in depth reply on the process of having wow in the background, I hope you get it to work right!

First of all, you're not a thorn in my side at all, the opposite of that.
I like your suggestion and I will add it to the bot. I didn't even know about the glowworms lasting an hour.

    Thanks for your suggestion!

I just wanted to post that I have been using the Iwana v2 bot for the past couple of weeks with absolutely no problems. I have mainly been farming fish to aid in the creation for fish feasts; which also sell really well.

    Big thanks to you ziao!

Hey ziao quick question.. I've been using this off and on for a few weeks now and it has been working great. I took a week off and just tried it again last night and noticed that I can't get it to detect the bobber. i tried this both day and night and no luck. I tried for about 15mins each time and no luck still. Any idea what could be going on? Nothing has changed and I'm doing what I've always been doing when using it. I also checked to make sure the latency is the same but I don't think thats the problem. Thanks

Hey there Ziao! I have been using Iwana Fishbot 2 now for about 1 week, and I'm really, really happy with it! Awesome program!

However, there is one thing I miss, so I got a suggestion to Iwana Fishbot 3. I was wondering if you could make it possible for us with
waterwalking (Death Knights, Shamans, and us with water walking elixirs) to rebuff each 10th minute? Would help ALOT while using Iwana!

If you could make that possible I would definetly donate a few bucks if you fulfill this wish!

    Heya,

first of all, great job, Ziao! I like your bot very much. I'm using it since version 0.9.

But there's one issue, which i can't handle. After fishing for five til ten minutes i'll get a disconnect from my server. I have to reconnect each time manually.
Do you know what this could be?
