Do certain places not work with this? I tried giving this a trial run in Darnassus to see how it worked. It applied the lure and casted correctly, but the cursor ended up in the corner or somewhere else WAY off from the bobber.

Then your profile was not good. If the bot target other areas then the bobber, you clearly have picked up the worng color. Make a new profile.

This will probably need some ingame addon support as well, but is it possible to include a feature to have it drop off all "trash" fishes that you don't need and order it to keep only certain fishes (lets say, keep fangtooth herring and drop all bonescale snappers and glacial salmons)? Or for just leveling your fishing it could just as well drop everything you fish up.

That feature would be great for overnight fishing. Great, absolutely great bot otherwise, been using iwana since the very beginning.

I tried this bot with very little success. I set it up as directed and it found the bobber fine. It didn't, however, click the bobber when I had a bite. Additionally, my pc started acting wierd after using this. To begin with, all of my addon features were reset to their default, my game was really laggy (this was after I had closed the program and restarted my WoW), and my pc itself was laggy (wouldn't connect to the net with a good signal- my other pc had no problem connecting with same signal- it was also really sluggish and today- just used the program yesterday- gave me a blue screen of death). I recovered my pc (as far as I can tell right now) with no problem. Also, none of the 4 anti-virus programs I have running detected anything abnormal, nor did either of my 2 firewalls. So, I'm not saying that it's got a virus or that it doesn't work. I'm just saying that it didn't work for me and that my pc was not performing to its normal standard after using this program. So, user beware.

To be honest, there are about 2000+ People out there using this bot without a problem. So srsly... warning people about this awesome bot is dumbest thing i'ver ever read in this Thread. Maybe you should get a deeper look into your Hardware ( Memory etc.), and the next time you get BoD's make sure you write down the Code. That is the way how you can help yourself before comlaining about Bots crashing you Computer.

So Ziao, did you ever find out what was causing it to click early?

To clarify, all of my key bindings are default, video settings are all on low, except for particle density ,which is maxed, and wow is in windowed - Non maximized - mode. Thanks for any help. would love to get this to work, the first twice it did work, and then all of a sudden it didn't.

I have tried countless profile colors, tried using every part of the bobber imaginable.

For those, that can't make bot to target bobber - press Alt+Z ingame (hides interface). That way bot wount have anything besides bobber to target. (bot works with interface hidden, tested). In case you can't make it work even that way ... wow, you must be a hopeless looser.

This bot is super fast and easy to set up. Like some of the people, my addons (Pitbull) caused the cursor to target unit frames. Alt+Z fixed it and it fishes away without problems! Thanks!

Works great! Easy to set up, even for me who has never used a bot before. My only complain is that it clicks the bobber before a fish bites sometimes and it also doesnt click the bobber at all every now and then but it still beats doing it myself =). Great job.
