I presume you are running Windows Vista or 7 and are not running this app as administrator. I forgot to #requireadmin so just manually run the app as administrator.

Megaupload is working pretty bad for me, can't dl for some odd reason. I downloaded it from my laptop and got it there, but you should really choose something else like:

Yea I'm running 64 bit vista. I keep forgetting to run everything as admin (vista pisses me off sometimes).

Ran as admin, and it worked (doh!)
Is it possible to mod this thing to do a depth of field sort of thing? or is that something that blizzard would have to impliment?

Your Grapichs card does not make any difference.
As long as you run World of Warcraft as "wow.exe", and it is the latest wow version.... and as long as WoW-HD have default administrative rights there should be no problem.
